Are they dishwasher safe?

Are they microwave safe?
Yes! In short increments. The contents get much hotter than the glass, so be careful when heating!
Can they be personalized?
Yes! Inside or outside
Inside- you can see the personalization while sipping. The design is laid mirrored on the outside of the glass prior to pouring. You cannot see the design on the outside after the resin is poured
Outside- the design is laid on the outside of the glass and then top coated with resin so it won't budge while washing! Answer here
Is it poured on the outside?
Yes! No resin touches the inside of the glass. It is completely safe to drink from!
Can they be used on a mug warmer?
No, the resin will start to bubble and peel if directly heated

Can my order be rushed?
Depends on how busy we are! Leave a note at checkout with the date you need it by & we will do our best to accommodate.

We start working on your mugs quickly after the order is placed. No order cancellations or refunds after 24 hours of placing your order. If there is a problem with your order and you're wanting to return please email freckledflamingoco@gmail.com - including photos.
